The new Hume Highway by-pass is finally completed.
Young Street, which used to have thousands of vehicles a day including interstate trucks, once created huge amounts of noise 24 hours a day, right on our doorstep.
Now after many years, we can join the ranks of a "lovely quiet location", and a very easy to find Motel, off the main (CITY CENTRE exit) of the new Hume Highway, directly opposite Bunnings Warehouse.
